  • For those who wish to remain in their home and need to take steps towards downsizing and creating a space that suits their current and future needs. This may include furniture placement, re-organizing, decluttering, and more.

    Package fees start at $975 (+hst).

    Includes: 1.5-hour consultation and planning session, removal of donations, and 12 hours with 1 HT Specialist.

  • Perfect for those ready to downsize and relocate to a smaller residence.

    Package fees start at $3950 (+hst)

    Includes: 2-hour consultation and planning session, 1 large junk removal, unlimited donation drops, 25 moving boxes, and 25 hours with 2 HT Specialists.

  • Whether you choose to ‘Rightsize’ or ‘Downsize’ the package and fees may have to be altered to accommodate your needs.

    If the space is larger than average, or the amount of items is more abundant than estimated, additional hours can be included.

    Additional hours available in 4-hour packages for only $250 (+hst).

    Package fees start at $300 (+hst)

    Includes; 30-minute virtual consultation, one donation drop, and 4 hours with 1 HT-Organizer.

  • Perfect for those large projects such as kitchens, basements, or multiple rooms.

    Package fees start at $950 (+hst).

    Includes: 1-hour consultation, removal of all donations, and 12 hours with 1 HT- Organizer.

  • This package is ideal for a full reset of your home; whether you are moving in, or maybe things have become unmanageable.

    Package fees start at $3750 (+hst)

    Includes: 1.5-hour consultation and planning session, 1 large junk removal, unlimited donation drops, and 20 hours with 2 HT-Organizers.

  • Sometimes the plan changes, and so do your needs and the package and fees may have to be altered to accommodate your needs.

    If the space is larger than average, or the amount of items is more abundant than estimated, etc., additional hours can be included.
